Altered Wine Cork Charm...

Hi All,

YouTube, P interest and all other networking sites through which The Crafty world has come close are really a boon.

Couple of weeks back I was seeing crafty people altering Wine Corks....I love them ..And thought to give it a try myself....
So, Here is the very first Cork Charm I made...

I wanted to make a Shabby Chic Vintage looking Charm...So, I painted the cork white and then decorated it with the pearl trims. I added a bunch of pearls as danglers.

Also,Added an Eiffel tower, heart and a little fan charm to make it more girly.

I added a video on my channel on this charm...Where I have talked in detail of how I made this charm.

I Altered Clothespins. They would make great Bookmarks. I am planning to make couple of more after I made these...I figured out they would be excellent Embellishments for my Cards, Tags or for the mini albums too...

They are really easy and quick to make...
I did a start to finish video for them on YouTube..Do check it out...Here

Hand bag for my cutie...

Hi Crafty Friends...

Yesterday, after making the hair accessories suddenly an idea came up in to my mind that I should make a cute little handbag for my sweety...She loves bags...and specially when I dress up and take a nice bag for party she has to have one...!! My Doll...

I hand stitched a little bag from a napkin that I had never used to make the base of the bag, then I added gorgeous trim from Aarti's Store OneLittleDreamer. Then some red and black ribbons to match her outfit. And also some pearl trims I had in my stash.

To embellish I used a flat back pearl embellishment. For the handles I used a pearl necklace I got in the party section of Dollar Store.

I have a video on my channel that details about the pieces & process of this handbag. please do check it out...Here

And below are some pics of the Bag I made:

I altered Trinket Box...

Hi All....

These days my crafts keep me too busy...But, being busy for me is like truly enjoying your Life...Living it and utilizing it to its fullest...
I did complete one Crafty Project yesterday...And I thought to come up and share with u guys...

I Altered a small wooden box into Trinket box....

I crackle painted it using Elmer's School Glue Technique....
I painted the whole box with Black acrylic paint outside and inside. Then, when the paint was dried applied Elmer's school glue and upon that added a layer of pink acrylic paint and heat set it.

It gave me amazing crackle effect and that too...with a very little costing ...I loved the result!!
I then embellished the box with gorgeous goodies form Aarti's Store..."One Little Dreamer" on Zibbet.
The Sequence flowers and the pearl trim adds to the Beauty of my Lil Trinket Box...

I have a Start to Finish Video on this Trinket box...Be Sure to check it out...Here
